Despite some previous reviews mentioning bugs, we didn’t encounter any issues at all—everything was clean and comfortable. The resort is located a bit away from the busy center of Nungwi, which we actually loved. It costs around $25 for a round-trip taxi to the town, but being slightly removed means you get to enjoy a peaceful, almost private stretch of beach with breathtaking views. The hotel itself is quite small—fewer than 20 rooms—which makes it feel intimate and personal. The atmosphere is calm and relaxing, and the staff are truly exceptional. Every single person went above and beyond to make sure we felt welcome and well cared for. If you’re looking for a quiet, scenic escape with outstanding hospitality, this place is a hidden gem!
