The location is grate in the old quarter of Hanoi, close to good restaurants, shops, markets etc. The staff treat us very well and was extremely warm and trustful. When we visit Hanoi again I'll definitely choose Casa Dos Príncipes again, thanks to Ding Lee and his good crew.

I would like to mention Michael and Brian at the reception were super amazing and accommodating. Michael helped us book tours to Ha Long Bay and Sapa at the last minute at an affordable cost. Since we booked tours through Ja Cosmo Hotel, Michael updated our room to a jumbo size family room at no extra cost :) Wi-Fi was good, rooms were clean, breakfast was decent and staff was friendly and accommodating. We will stay again at Ja Cosmo Hotel & Spa :)

We arrived in the early morning and they let us sleep few hours in room despite we had booking only for upcoming night. Room was very clean, bed was super comfy, the size of room was just enough for couple. The breakfast was delicious with many options to eat. Location of the hotel is great. We spent here only one last night in Vietnam but speaking of accommodation it was cherry on the top of the cake. If I ever travel to Vietnam again, I will definitely choose this hotel again.
