The private game reserve felt special, as if we had it to ourselves during our excursions. I had very high expectations based on the price and the whole experience met these. Everything was catered for effortlessly.

Kuzuko Lodge consist of 24 chalet of which 3 are fully wheelchair accessible. All facilities including the pool, spa, gym, conference room, restaurant, family lounge, curio shop and bar are accessible by wheelchair. Everything! Fantastic staff and food, great private reserve with really knowledgable guide, and very good conservation ideals.

Lalibela experience was something real and unique! It doesn’t matter how frequently you are traveling - you will be pleasantly surprised by sincere hospitality of the team (starting from the smooth and prompt booking process till the best service on the spot), deep and outstanding knowledge of the rangers (special thanks to Nikita and Ashley - your love to your work and nature helps me to believe in humanity) and, last but not least, the scale of the territory where you will find trilling encounter with wild, beautiful animals and with strong, breathtaking nature (we were happy to spend the days far away from noise, traffic, density of the city - full recharge). The Lounge itself (we booked “Kichaka”) is impressive, here you will find everything that is needed for comfortable stay (beautiful luxury design, super wide terrace, pool, private pool with water heating system, 2 real fireplaces that you can enjoy after an evening safari or when it rains, bar, beautiful local wine, wide menu for all courses of the meal etc.). All of this was already included in the price of booking. To leave this place was a real hart braking moment. Thank you!

Breakfast, lunch, and dinner are included and served in the dining area or outdoors. Simply great. Great location in many senses - the reserve itself (only 1 hour from the airport PLZ), the location of the manor in the reserve and of course the reserve as a biodiverse paradise. Food - great - suprisingly great we have to say. The Manor is spacious, our room was much larger than expected. It had a terrace facing the open reserve where you could see animals from a distance after a shower or having a coffee. The buildings have a modern country style touch, are very welcoming, open and invite to relax. There is "the usual" 5-star stuff to do, if you are not on a game drive (pool, spa, gym, etc). Which is great if you have a partner or you are in a group with people that are not into game drives as much - they will have a proper 5-star hotel experience and be able to relax anyway. - This is a main difference to camps with tents and less luxurious equipment. Staff is very friendly - nice concept of the ranger having breakfast with you afterwards so you can reflect upon what you have seen. Children - there is another camp in the reserve that is especially family friendly - I forgot the name - ask the reserve, they will tell you.

Featuring mountain views, Barefoot Addo Elephant Lodge in Addo features accommodation, an outdoor swimming pool, a garden, a terrace, a restaurant and a bar. The lodge features both WiFi and private parking free of charge. Absolute stunning, what a find. It feels like you a nestled in the mountains, the rooms are in the canopy of the trees with beautiful big outside baths. In addition you can walk with Elephants at the lodge which was one of the best experiences of my and my kids lives. Truly magnificent beasts. I would highly recommend staying at the lodge.

Guests may either book a Bed and Breakfast package or our Full Board Package which includes all meals and 1 outdoor activity per day (night stayed) on the reserve in an open game viewing vehicle, accompanied by a qualified game ranger. Outdoor activities include, game drives, giraffe walks, bush walks, bird watching and star gazing experiences. Tea and coffee are available throughout the day and sundowner drinks are offered at sunset. Incredible people and Lodge. We were allowed to go on an elephant rescue with vets and helicopter what was a once in a lifetime experience. Everything was a 10+

Breakfast and dinner can also be arranged in advance. Guests can relax by the swimming pool or in the garden. Free private parking is available on site. and free WiFi is available at the main dining area and at the pool. I only have great things to say about this place. When we arrived by motorcycle it was very very hot. The manager upgraded us to a little chalet so that it would be cooler and more comfortable for us. The whole property is beautiful and well maintained. They have a pool and a lovely river. We had the breakfast in the morning and it was copious and delicious. It is definitely a place I would not hesitate to recommend.

Rooms at the Zuurberg Mountain Village combine safari-style with classic décor, offering natural furnishings. All rooms include a private patio and a panoramic deck and some have a deluxe bathroom. Excellent! The service received by Leonie and the team was outstanding. The food was amazing.
