The kitchenette is fitted with a microwave, a toaster and a fridge and there is a private bathroom with a hair dryer and free toiletries. The bed and breakfast offers bed linen, towels and housekeeping service. We had a great time here! It is well located to explore the area. We did a day trip to Sani Pass from here. We felt very comfortable in the cottage and slept very well. Judy is an awesome host, she is kind and caring, had great tips for the area, and made us feel so welcome :)

The resort’s restaurant features an à la carte and buffet menu, and guests can enjoy a drink at the bar. There is also a spa and wellness centre, mini golf and a tennis court. I love the fact that there is games inside the facility. And karaoke night was very entertaining and we very much enjoyed ourselves

Featuring a restaurant, the property also has a garden, as well as an indoor pool and a sauna. A terrace, an in-house bar and shared lounge are available. even in a room that was not the best in the hotel( I have already been at this hotel in a top suite), I found the room excelent and with all the practical things of a suite.

Montusi Mountain Lodge offers a bar and is located 44 km from Bergville. Guests receive free Wi-Fi access, a children's playground and a swimming pool. There are bicycles available for guests to rent, and guests can relax in the garden. Montusi Lodge will always be among the most special places we have ever visited. The grounds are gorgeous and location stunning - remote, with birdsong, epic views towards the Drakensberg amphitheatre and spectacular skies. The food is superb with a daily changing menu and we looked forward to 4 course dinners each evening (and the wine list!). We stayed 5 nights and hiked every day. Before we got there, Dumisani was super helpful with pre-organising transfers to the Royal Natal National Park (about 25km) which has fabulous hiking. Shorter self-guided trails can also be done on the Montusi estate, right from the lodge. A really impressive operation for such a remote location and hosts Lindsey & Mick and their lovely team are to be congratulated. Thanks for making us so welcome and accommodating our thirst for the great outdoors!
