Surrounded by native plants, many scenic hikes and cycle routes are available. Guests can also relax in the entertainment area. Just perfect! Just out in the bush everything was clean and comfortable. The most friendly staff and a good kitchen. Great hiking possibilities as well to enjoy nature. They are building a new restaurant and will turn parts of the old restaurant/bar into rooms. Just hope they keep some parts of the current restaurant for a drink since it has the most beautiful views!

The breakfast offers buffet, à la carte or continental options. At the accommodation you will find a restaurant serving Grill BBQ and South African cuisine. Vegetarian, dairy-free and halal options can also be requested. We only stayed on night, but wished for more. The setting is spectacular. Property is beautiful. Food was very good. Some of the staff went above and beyond. Some were fine. The bar tender, and the quad bike guide were fabulous. Definitely would recommend it.

Lilitha Boutique Hotel-East London features an outdoor fireplace and a picnic area. I loved everything about the place, from the staff to the rooms, the bathroom wow you can even sleep there. Breakfast, well presented and very nice.

Boasting full-day security, this property also provides guests with a terrace. The guest house also provides free WiFi, free private parking and facilities for disabled guests. Historical charm, excellent breakfast and a nice restaurant for dinner. We stayed in the main hotel in a large room that overlooked the hills and had a sizeable bathroom. Staff were warm and welcoming, we highly recommend the Karoo dinner in the Albert Dining room. Would definitely come back, bring the family and stay in one of the many cottages for a few nights

Bike hire is available at the property and the area is popular for horse riding. You can engage in various activities such as game drives, bush picnics, cycling trails, hiking trails, clay pigeon shooting or just relaxing at the rim flow pool. I loved everything, the staff they did their utmost best. The Chefs outdid themselves. From the scrumptious breakfast to dinner. They know how to host their visitors, all of them have a great camera skills. If you want tranquility, peace, beautiful sunsets by the pool, I recommend this one. Beautiful views all around, the scenery. Their game drive so educational. Saw lots of animals.

The House Quarters features free WiFi, and there is an on-site day spa and decor store. A clean ,practical & comfortable apartment - lovely views , with a fabulous breakfast served next door from 8-10 am . This also serves as a restaurant with an upmarket gift shop with wonderful views and helpful staff - just check the restaurant is open re evening meals as it’s seasonal but highly recommended . Car parking is free , open but quiet & safe . . A lovely experience and they spoilt us by giving us a complimentary upgrade super apartment with river mouth views. Thank you !

The historic Royal St. Andrews Hotel, Spa and Conference Centre is located in Port Alfred. The hotel has an outdoor pool, a state-of-the art conference centre and offers free high-speed WiFi throughout. The bathroom was excellent. Great tub, and a very large bathroom.

The spa offers a variety of massages and beauty treatments. Other facilities at River Bend Lodge include a shared lounge, a library and an outdoor pool with sun loungers. The location of the breakfast tables with a direct view of the waterhole is excellent, while the service, variety, quantity and standard of all meals were exceptional. The game drives were varied and well conducted. The game viewing opportunities were numerous. The staff were very attentive, the facilities are fantastic and the location perfect. It is easily accessible from the main road system.
