The massage was great, food was perfect, don’t need to do reservation, enough place for everyone. Hot tube was amazing, we took hit bath after sunset, sound of waterfall nearby!!!! Very relaxing, good sleep after.

Vegetarian, dairy-free and halal options can also be requested. The cocoon, hive and dome rooms are out of is world! Unbelievable imagination and creative talent. No place like this. It was my fourth visit, and I will certainly be back. I can’t wait to stay in a dome room.

Tsitsikamma Lodge & Spa is situated on the Garden Route. Cosy, free-standing log cabins provide a sanctuary in the peaceful forest setting. Each cabin is fitted with a spa bath and outdoor braai facilities. Amenities include a restaurant, bar, swimming pool, hiking trails, and on-site spa. While Tsitsikamma Lodge & Spa is not self-catering, crockery, cutlery, and braai packs can be arranged in advance of your stay if you wish to braai. Staff wonderful, breakfast excellent.

After a short trip, 10 minutes at the most, on a gravel road, you arrive at the Misty Mountain Reserve, greated with smiles and welcoming staff. The pyramid itself is found further away from the other accommodation in the reserve, and as a bonus, you get your own golf cart to drive there! The pyramid truly is a unique and romantic experience, and we'd definitely want to be there in the warmer months as well.

The sleeping area inside the cacoon is stable enough to have a good night's rest whilst still feeling that you are sleeping in a tree house.
