Wonderful stay, amazing host! Rightly or wrongly, we often associate the cities we visit with the lasting impression left by the people we meet there—consciously or not. For me, Berat left a perfect aftertaste thanks to the gentleman who owns and runs the hotel (forgive me, I can’t recall his name exactly—I think it was Mario, if I'm not mistaken). A truly wonderful person! When I visit the city again, I’ll definitely be staying at the same hotel. Delicious breakfast, everything was just perfect! Kindness makes the world better, always, and the host of this hotel had a lot of it. May god bless him & his family

Beautiful hotel, in a central position to visit the charming town of Berat. The hotel is a gem, clean and with a great view. Our room was spacious and really comfortable. We greatly enjoyed the time spent there. The host and staff are extremely kind, attentive to every need - I cannot thank them enough for the kind attentions they had for us! Really appreciated! The breakfast is truly amazing. The staff speaks perfect Italian and English - they offer all the information needed to have a great stay in Berat.

I recently stayed at the Berati Mozaik Hotel and had a wonderful experience. The hotel’s location is perfect, just a short walk from the historic Gorica Bridge. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, making us feel right at home and giving us tips on where to eat and what to visit. The rooms are spacious, clean, new and beautifully designed combining traditional elements with modern comfort.

The hotel boasts a prime central location, and although the parking was situated approximately 100 meters from the hotel, it was within a secured area, ensuring the safety of our car. The staff's communication was outstanding, and they responded promptly to our needs, providing excellent assistance. We made a reservation in the late evening, and within just one hour, we arrived at the hotel where the staff was very helpful.
