Amazing friendly staff. Perfect location at the foot of the castle and next to the bazaar. Free parking. Spacious clean room with incredible views. Complete breakfast served in the beautiful restaurant. We enjoyed a tasty lunch there too.

Friendly staff that were always willing to help and were able to answer any questions I had. They also kindly arranged for a taxi to collect us at 2:30am from the airport. Great location, comfy beds and great shower :)

I liked how smooth check in was. The room was clean and equipped with everything needed. . The breakfast was very tasty and balanced. The staff are very professional and nice. Communicating with the staff before I arrived was very efficient and their airport shuttle service worked perfectly.

We choose to stay here during our first night in Albania on our way to Theth. The property was gorgeous and well sustained. It was clean and we had a beautiful view from the balcony. Most particularly, we enjoyed how hospitable the family was. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed by one of the cousins of the family - who also works here. We thoroughly enjoyed the dinner which was accompanied by delicious glasses of orange wine. Each dish was delicious. We learned that the grandmother who runs the accommodation is also the cook, although she has previously trained and worked as a doctor. However, she enjoyed cooking more - and she’s very good at it. We almost left, not knowing breakfast was included and were thankful to be reminded of this! We enjoyed a lovely breakfast outside and couldn’t have enjoyed our stay more. Everyone is gracious and welcoming. If you choose to stay here - you will be glad you did so!

We had a lovely stay in Ramel Hotel and 100% recommend it. Very friendly & helpful host & staff, they help you with your questions and care about their guests. The breakfast is prepared with care. The rooms are very clean & the beds are comfortable. The hotel is at a perfect location to visit Tirana and to do other daytrips.
