We came here after very unfortunate experience in another place we had booked. Once we walked into this hotel we felt so much better! It was clean and cosy, the staff was lovely and looked after us really well. Adrian even came and joined us for a game of Uno, which was really fun ;) Dinner was really good and surrounding views were breathtaking. We had the best sleep here throughout the holiday. Delicious breakfast before we went on Velbona to Theth hike. It’s also very close to the beginning of the route. If ever in the area I would not hesitate to stay here again

Great guesthouse in one of the most picturesque places in Valbona National Park. Scenic views all around, lots of opportunities for outdoor activity, perfect place for trekkers and climbers. The apartment is spacious, cozy and the building is new. A restaurant is nearby, just be aware you may need a 20 km drive to a nearest gas station or a grocery store. Nice and friendly owner always there to help you with anything. Ideal place for a long term vacation as well as for a short stay far from civilization to fully appreciate the nature and mountains at its best

We really enjoyed our stay at Chestnut Hill! It is an oasis of peace in the Albanese mountains, and therefore truely unique in its kind. The hosts are very friendly, and the food is simply superb. The host makes a daily proposition for dinner, and the guests can reply freely whether the're in for it or not. The rooms are really nice, clean and spacy, the beds are top quality. The place to be for tourists that seek silence and peace far away from the crowds..

Everything about this place. I couldn’t rave about it more. The family are beautiful and so inviting. The food was exceptional - best I’ve had so far in Albania. The bed and covers were sooo comfy and soft. I could’ve stayed there for days.
