    I stay here quite a lot and although it’s a very low budget hotel and is a little outdated it’s perfect for an overnighter. Staff are always lovely and the rooms are always clean and bed is quite comfy. Love the location.

    The location is really convenient, close to the creek, lots of birds, and a short walk to the city centre - it's right there. The other cabins were quiet, so in terms of the actual caravan park it is quiet with regards to other guests. Not a massive place, so easy to find your way around. Shower was super hot, place was really clean, bed was super comfortable. Staff moved me to a quieter cabin before I even arrived after touching base (I'd booked a pet-friendly cabin in error and they were checking about the mystery pet).

    Having stayed at a number of Ibis Budget hotels over the years, Knowing they are a cheaper accommodation I wasn’t expecting 5 star quality but at least expect a clean room and friendly staff. The only positive aspect was the price and location, Being $85 a night within walking distance of the Coffs Harbour CBD.

    Customer service was great from booking to checking in, location close to food and shops, good, basic no frills accomodation, completely fine for a brief stopover. The bed was comfortable, room clean, bathroom completely fine. If you have reasonable expectations of a budget hotel and don't mind a shower curtain, you won't have anything to complain about.

    Great central location and hotel easy to find. Staff friendly and upgraded to a larger room on arrival. As the name indicates, it is a budget hotel so rooms are basic but everything I needed for a one night stay.
