    The bed was definitely the high point of the room - very comfortable, (except for the bizarre way the sheets were tucked in). The service was quite good and the location is excellent. The hot water was indeed hot and quite adequate strength. Manager was accommodating of my sister visiting with an extra car. The room was very quiet compared to most in this budget range.

    Good location, very friendly owners, our room was very clean and had everything we needed. Not far off the motorway. Very good price. Based on our experience we would highly recommend this property.

    Simple but comfortable accommodation for a good price. All we needed for a one night stop. Very comfortable bed. Friendly owners and convenient location for dinner at a nearby club and an early morning walk by the river.
