Extremely old and cramped bathroom, exhaust fan not working and hence bit stinking-5/10 Comfort: Manageable -5/10.No hot water.Available on request. The stay was very comfortable. I loved the rooms, they were clean, had comfortable beds. The reception desk was very helpful. Their breakfast buffet is excellent! their restaurant manager is very professional and caring, the staff will personally look after your comfort. They also made chai for me every day. The food, apart from the buffet, is also excellent. Their taste and portion sizes are really good. They also have 24 hours room service so food is available all the time hence they do not allow outside food. The location is very convenient as its right opposite karwan bazaar metro, CNGs or autos, rickshaws, and cabs are easily available from there. the only draw back is that there is come construction going on... and hence cabs will not enter into the lane, but you can easily walk to the hotel via the lane. You can use star kababs as location and then take the lane next to Hero Honda show room. They are also very close to Basundhara city Mall.
