Our overnight stay was very comfortable, and refreshing for the next day's travels. We really appreciated the Last Post service in the town of Ypres, especially as we are Aussies for whom Belgium is very thankful. We did not realise the Australian soldiers' value to this small country.

This place was fantastic. The staff were super friendly, they put a smile on or faces all the time. They rooms were so clean and comfortable. Nice curtains to ensure you had a great sleep. To finish I had a lovely breakfast.

Kasteelhof 'T Hooghe is situated in a historical setting in 't Hooghe, on the Ieper-Menen Road. It features an on-site restaurant and a bar. Guests benefit from on-site private parking free of charge....

What a great hotel. The location is perfect for visiting Ypres with a short journey (about 5 minutes) to the Menin Gate. The hotel is in the grounds of some WW1 trenches which is now simple tourist attraction (if that is the right word) available for 1 Euro. Next door is the Hooge Crater Museum which is over the road from the cemetery. Upon arrival the lady on reception was very helpful. The breakfast whilst simple is exactly what one would hope to start the day.... Coffee, meats and cheese and enough pastry's and bread. Finally, a lovely bar.... On our first night this was open as we returned and we could have a nice couple of drinks with no rushing as we were the last two in. The second night the bar was not open (but it was later) and I wonder if they close up when nobody is about. An excellent hotel and one not only would I recommend, but I would also use again

Novotel Ieper Centrum offers all kids under 16 years of age (max. 2) a free stay in their parent's room, including breakfast. The hotel offers air-conditioned rooms and a fitness centre.

Beautiful hotel and rooms, staff amazing and breakfast was probably the best one we had on this trip. Full buffet breakfast with eggs, croissants, fruit, coffee, juices ... amazing. And a beautiful country location .

It was so nice how David hosted us, he has been there for us to give us further infomations and hints where and what we can do, that was helpful. The Last Past was impressive.The room was very tidy, comfy and clean, also was the bath. It was uncomplicated and we do highly recommend this guesthouse. Thank you David, you are a friendly guy!

Host was exceptional. Extremely welcoming and accommodating. Even found room for us to keep our motorbikes over night. There was 6 of us in 2 rooms, the room sizes were great especially with motorcycle gear and that in the room we didn't feel we would struggle for space. Breakfast was good and with constant flow of coffee even though coffee machine was broken. Location is great.
