Location was perfect - close to everything but still quiet and peaceful. The host went out of his way to accommodate and be helpful. Lovely hotel and staff, and I will certainly stay again when in town.

The room was nice and big and the airconditioning was working very good too. When I arrived I wanted to go to the Belogradchik mountains, but since it was the weekend there was no public transport. Magi went with me to the busstation and helped with finding a taxi, so I could still go! That was very nice, because the mountains were beautiful :) Great service!

    Good location, friendly staff, good value for money, spacious and clean rooms, very good breakfast (saw previous comments about breakfast but don't agree - for a 3-star hotel breakfast is ok), free parking. I also see a lot of comments about the old elevator, don't agree either - yes it's old but it works perfectly

    The location is very close to the city center, the room was spacious, with a big bathroom and balcony, very clean, like the entire hotel. The breakfast was very good. The hotel also has a kids playground within the restaurant which is quite nice if you travel with kids. There is a lot of space for parking right in front of the hotel. The staff is smiling and helpful.
