It was great for our family. Clean, great swimming pool for the kids and lovely room

Breakfast was great. We got a family room which had a nice view on both side. Exactly, how we wanted. Location was around a km away from the nearest bus stop, which was a challenge since we were carrying luggage, though we were ok since we wanted to stay in a neighbourhood which was exactly what the hotel offered. The ladies on hotel team were super helpful and fun to talk to. They guided us very well to the various outings we went for including good restaurant recommendations. :)

Free covered parking. Amazing view from the room on the lake. Various breakfast with the view also. Friendly staff & welcome drinks & discounts with guest cards.

Perfect location in a walking distance to Titlis and close to the bus stop

The management team was incredibly kind and professional. When we missed our reservation due to car trouble, they graciously rescheduled it for the following day.

The geographical location is fantastic and Alex is a very nice person that he changes the wrong dish of me 🤣😋😋

I had a few questions before our arrival at the hotel and received the answers from Adrian promptly. It was very warm and cozy in the rooms we booked. It is a great benefit that it is possible to manually adjust the temperature of the radiator in the rooms we booked. We turned the heating off for the night. Loved the tables during the breakfast reserved for the quests with their names on them :). Lady who assisted during the breakfast was so nice and polite, I asked her a few times for a few cups of espresso. It was so convenient we could purchase Titlis ski passes directly at the reception in the hotel. Prices are the same as at the Titlis tickets desk or via the Titlis website. We got our cards at the reception too, it saved us time standing in the queue at the Titlis ticket desk. Brilliant customer service. Very welcoming atmosphere, thank you so much Adrian, Sascha, and all the team! We arrived to Engelgerg by train. Very comfortable 2.45 h journey. The views were breathtaking. Engelberg is a very convenient location. While we had our fittings of shoes and snowboards in the Intersport rent Titlis, the weather changed dramatically, mist, fog, or clouds, and in ten minutes clear skies again. The landscape changes very fast. Our hotel was so close to the train station. We found everything so close by in walking proximity. The lockers for rent at the train station were very handy, we needed to store our backpacks the ones we did not carry to Titlis on our departure day from the hotel. We could though leave them at the Hotel Echweizerhof, Adrian was so kind to look after them. It was an extraordinary experience, we can't wait to go back and explore more.

amazing location with beautiful views, staff are so kind , superb restaurant with delicious food. comfortable and quiet place. the only thing feel during night is the church noise
