Beautiful building with great staff - friendly and helpful. Accommodated us for an earlier breakfast as we were leaving very early.

Loved the balcony and view, food was good selection, decor was elegant in its simplicity.

Hôtel des Arts is conveniently located just 200 metres from the lake, near the centre of Neuchâtel and the funicular railway which will take you to the train station in 3 minutes.

Everything! The semi-olympic pool, the spa (17chf for guests), the view, the bike garage and the breakfast. Super friendly staff, they even allowed us a late check-out. Merci!!

A very cute and cozy hotel! There is a magnificent view of the lake from the park near the hotel! The staff is very hospitable and welcoming! The room is large and the TV is simply huge! We really enjoyed our stay! *Just need to take into account the city tax - it's quite high /but it's not the hotel's fault/.
