Room was clean and had a great view of the mountains to view sunset. Staff service was excellent. Our sink stopper got stuck and they sent up 3 different staff until they finally fixed it. The receptionist who resembled Halle berry was excellent too. We booked the annex for the second day by accident, and she was able to connect the stay with Jungfrau for 2 days straight. Danke!

Loved the building. The location. The staff. Breakfast. Dinner. Loved that there were passes given to us to use for the public transport (bus stop just up the road). Some of the rooms are a little dated, but I think it adds to the charm. We stayed here over Christmas and it was decorated like a hallmark movie. Thanks for an amazing stay.

I liked the hotel very much. Beautiful hotel from the outside, beautiful room, furniture made of wood. From the window there is a gorgeous view of the mountain and fir trees! The room is warm. Excellent bathroom. Very clean in the room. Very tasty and varied breakfast. Very good location of the hotel - in the center of the town. The restaurant serves delicious food. The friendly waitress advised what to choose for dinner, she guessed my food preferences and was very friendly and polite. I really liked the atmosphere in the restaurant.

    Everything. We booked on a budget and it exceeded our expectations in every way. Location on train line with easy access to Interlaken Ost, Grindelwald, Lauterbrunnen and Jungfraujock. We got a window and balcony with a great view of Mönch, Jungfrau and Jungfraujock. Restaurant was excellent, included breakfast was excellent. They gave us a pass for free local trains and buses. The front desk loaned me a screwdriver so I could tighten loose wheels on our luggage.

    The staff was exceptional and they allowed for early check-in. Breakfast was varied and had many healthy options to leave you ready for the day! The location was great--relatively secluded and about 2.5 miles from city center... a great walk if you're up for it but the bus is right around the corner.

    amazing views from the room, friendly staff who greeted us welcome, great breakfast with lots of options. location is bit away from Interlaken city center, but a bus 105 takes you to center from a nearby stop. enough car parking was available. lift was present to carry our luggage to the room. nice outside area and pool.
