Great experience- super quiet, comfortable hotel to stay for a long layover as it’s close to the airport. They organise free transfer to the hotel too. There was a bit of a mix up with my pick up, I arrived very late at night, but they paid for my taxi when I arrived. Really kind, helpful staff, I would definitely recommend this place :)

Location was perfect for 1 night stay. Close to the metro station it allowed a great connection to the town. Rooms are perfect size with large, confortable beds. Equiped with everything we needed. Superb breakfast included, chinese and continental menu offered. Due to late departure personnel offered a baggage storage over the day, which enabled another quick visit of the town. Appreciated very much.

I stayed at the hotel for transit. It is not far from the Pudong airport. The staff were very helpful and friendly. They helped me with my wifi issue. The room was big, clean and very good value for the price. I left at 7am but they prepared breakfast in a lunchbox.
