I had a pleasant stay. Michelle, Mandy and other members of staff provided excellent service and went above and beyond to assist me, even with the language barrier. Their dedication to helping guests made my experience comfortable and enjoyable. I truly appreciate their efforts and would recommend this hotel to others.
