Extremely clean and well maintained. Although I was in a room with 10 people, the space was more than enough, everybody had more than enough well-designed private area. The door of the room was good one, and very effectively isolated the noise from the corridor. The location was very convenient, and the staff was great. They also offered breakfast and a bar/restaurant, however I did not try them out.

Situated in the historical centre of Olomouc, the elegant Palác Hotel was renovated in 2011. The tram stops 100 metres from the house and continues directly to the train station, 1 km away.

direct bus connection from the train station, 7m drive (although just 1-2 buses an hour), easy to find once you get off the bus clean, receptionists available 24/7 The rooms are quiet (no noises from the other rooms). internet speed 25mbps (I checked) - however one morning it didn't work.

Many thanks to the receptionist, she was waiting for us for about 2 hours after the reception closed, because my family and I got into a huge traffic jam in Austria. Very friendly and customer oriented attitude. Bravo!
