Convenient location next to the motorway, an easy stop for people traveling through Germany (like we did). Very clean and big room, comfortable bed. Pleasant common areas though we didn't have time to enjoy them as we arrived late and had to rush back to the road in the morning. Pet friendly, easy to park the car nearby for free. A couple of good Asian fast foods around the corner, open late.

the room was clean, the bathroom was well equipped and very clean. room has Wi-Fi and tv. Absolutely surprised and happy with this choice. it’s in Offenbach but really doesn’t feel far from Frankfurt due to the good public transport. and the location feels much safer than main Frankfurt so as a solo female traveler, this was the best location I could have found.

The staff were very friendly and accommodating throughout my whole stay. They will happily store your luggage if your room is not ready yet. It was a warm atmosphere and as a solo female traveller, I felt very comfortable and safe. They gave me a few recommendations on restaurants and were able to help with all my questions. The room was very comfortable and it had all the amenities they advertised. It was very spacious. The only critique is that I wish they had kept two towels standard in the room and that there was daily refuse removal from the rooms (however if you leave the bin outside your room housekeeping will empty it). I did ask for an extra towel and they happily provided one. They kept harder pillows in the cupboard and soft ones on the bed which was perfect. I thought that this was a lovely touch. There is a vending machine downstairs that is perfect if you need water/a snack after a long day. The staff will happily give you coins for notes so you can make use of it. I would highly recommend Premier Inn again and would definitely stay here again!

Good location if travel by train, security for guests is great, you need key card to access lift or room floor, only a bit unsafe if you walk alone in the surrounding area by night (many strange foreigners). Room is spacious and comfortable.

    Great value for money, clean rooms and helpful staff. Location is great as well, 5 mins walk to je regional train station, which takes you to Frankfurt in about 15mins. Also close to Offenbach city centre. The rooms were super quiet and warm even for a November visit.

    The staff was really nice, early check-in and late checkout were possible, without any problems. The hotel offers a nice lobby with good desks for work. The location is not close to the city center, but there's a train station 5 minutes walking, which makes everything super easy. It was really worth it.
