The staff was extremely friendly. The rooms (I had booked 2 rooms) were very comfortable. The shower and WC were separate from each other. The location very good - it is 5 min walk from Oldenburg center. 2 art museums are at the same street as the hotel.

This is a motel, not a hotel. It served the purpose of a bed and breakfast. Parking was very convenient and taking luggage into the room was easy, as it is all one level. The breakfast was good.

The staff were extremely welcoming. The lady at front desk was very accommodating to my needs despite the fact their could’ve been a language barrier it was not noticed at all as we were able to communicate perfectly. I felt at home and the cleaning staff also made me feel at home the moment I got there. All staff play a part in ensuring that the guest are welcomed.
