While staying in the hotel I encountered an unexpected problem and had to shorten my stay at the hotel and book another hotel. The manager, Ms. Magdalena, was unbelievably helpful. She sat with me very patiently and helped me find the way out of my trouble! I appreciate this very very much

My toilet was running in my first room, then I got the cards to two new rooms, and got to pick between the two rooms. The receptionist was very nice in the process. The bed was very soft, and the draps made the room totally dark. Nice fetature with the popcorn and fruit in the lobby.

From a friendly check in to the final breakfast it was an excellent experience. Good sized comfortable room with decent shower. Bed comfortable. Very good breakfast selection. Thoroughly recommended
