It was by far the best stay during our whole Egypt tour. Everything was just perfect, the owner Khaled responded promptly to any question, he has own car and driver that can bring you anywhere for good price. The whole villa and garden is amazing, clean and peaceful. Within 5 minutes you can reach all sights on the west bank and from the ferry port you can reach it by 5-10 minutes easily. Comparing east and west bank we would definitely stay again on the west bank - much less traffic, noise and most importantly MUCH LESS people trying to get money on the street from you.

Spent two nights here more or less unplanned and were very satisfied and happy with it. The hotel manager arranged everything for us from bicycles, balloon trip to transfers for reasonable prices. So, great staff, nice pool, very close to Harbour.

Owner Sayed really went above and beyond to ensure a perfect stay: helping with itinerary of sights, arranging rental bike, offering late checkout for free and letting friends who were joining to leave thier bags in the room. Super-friendly atmosphere and excellent breakfast.

Everyone was very kind and friendly, especially the cook with his simplicity in preparing the super delicious food😋😋😋, the gentleman who helps with the suitcases was always available, at the reception we were well received with fresh water, tea and coffee😊 The person in charge gave me good suggestions for tours and we did a city tour for a good price through him, the hotel surprised me in every way, we were very happy. I'm sure you won't regret it either⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Total value for money in Luxor. Friendly staff, we had a welcome drink upon our arrival and then a room with Nile River view. Clean spacious room, totally friendly staff, good location. You can take anytime a motorboat from just outside the hotel to go to the East Bank. Good breakfast as well. Worth it for the money you will spend.

Great location near the ferry, friendly and helpful staff, facilities in great condition, room was clean and comfortable. Wide variety of tasty food in the restaurant and would make dishes not on the menu upon request. Strong wi-fi connection. As an experienced traveller this was easily one of the best places I've stayed at!

    Lovely closed complex to stay. Very homely feel to the hotel and staff were very attentive, kind and helpful. A little antiquated but it is a budget hotel. Has a very nice character. Location was excellent. Only 5 minutes from Karnac. Nice safe area around hotel. Breakfast was one of the best we've had in Egypt. Dinner was also extremely delicious (chef on site very talented). Would highly recommend to stay here and I would stay again in a heartbeat!
