All very very good. The room 26 was massive, even has a Jacuzzi bath.

Helpful and friendly staff, great food in the restaurant. The room was simple but clean and had everything we needed, even a fan when asked as it was super hot.

This pioneering young couple have taken on a massive job of returning this establishment to its former beauty. Room by massive room it’s being restored and it’s going to be amazing when they finish. We absolutely loved our stay here. Carpets, paint and the bathroom for room 9 are all almost new. The staff are all so friendly and made us feel so welcome. We enjoyed dinner in the bar and breakfast in the dining room.

Lovely experience in a hotel from another era. I hope it will always be there as its a landmark in Rothsay. We would not hesitate to return.Great food as well.
