The customer friendly staff including the security guys at the gate and the hotel entrance. The Housekeeping guys even got the bed changed to a hard mattress to suit my wife's back which isn't comfortable with soft beds and pillows

Staff receiving, behaviour, helping nature, response, availability, rooms, bathrooms, facilities, hot water, breakfast everything is good and worth for your money. Very friendly and convenient hotel. I will rate 5 out of 5 and recommend this hotel without any hesitation. I stayed with my family after a hectic trip and with the hotel staff behaviour, helping nature we are very happy.
