Friendly receptionists. Tastefully furnished, immaculately clean and spacious room. Located in a nice area. Plenty of restaurants and shops in the vicinity. As we will be back to the hotel in a few days, we were allowed to store our luggage free of charge - we appreciate this extra. Pictures on their website depict reality! We had a very pleasant 2days' stay and can definitely recommend Northway hotel.

The location and the cleanness of hotel together with food and beverage is super excellent. Price very reasonable. We also very impressed with hotel reception named Kranthi who was very helpful, honest and trust on customer and keep following up on all the request and support that we needed. Hard to find such a person in other hotel and 100% happy with full stay. Special thanks Kranthi and if we return to Vishakpatnam, you are the first reason we will choose this hotel again. Also want to compliment the f&b manager assist the entire customer with food request. Overall, all staff are perfect including waiters. Salute to House keeping team keeping room clean while we away. First time I am writing this long review as we are super impressed with overall experience and I am giving 10/10 for the 1st time. Sometime it doesn’t need to be 5 star hotel to get this 6 star service 👍
