The size of the room was huge with a massive comfortable bed. Staff was professional and courteous. Nice pool although we did not use it as we were only there for a short time. We spent lots of time in aci castello which is a short walk from the hotel. Nice little town with lots going on. The room haf a nice size balcony with a good view. Good decent parking if you are driving.

Very quiet location, safety place , close to beach and restaurant. Free parking in side , staff very friendly and helpful. Mr Antonio was very friendly and helpful.

The hotel is situated in the perfect position for a visit to Sicily. On one side you can view the Etna volcano while you eat. On the other side there is a beautiful view of the ocean. The service was amazing, the staff were happy to assist us with whatever we needed. The rooms are so modern, very clean and were perfect for our visit to Sicily.

It was a really nice stay in Art & Jazz Hotel. Our room was spacious and clean. There were toiletries, coffee, tea and minibar in the room which we really appreciated. Breakfast was really good. The staff was friendly and helpful. Nice location (close to central station and metro). Highly recommended!
