Very nice hotel, in a good location, and with a wonderful breakfast. I asked for a quiet room and got one that was not facing the road so I didn't have any sound! The staff is very friendly and helpful. The breakfast is extensive and delicious.

Very nice and warm welcome! Able to book for their shuttle from Sendai Station through booking.com chat. Easy communication! Room was extremely spacious and nice! The indoor and outdoor onsen is also nice! Food was good as well. The souvenir shop had quite variety of items to buy too!

We're so satisfied with this stay! It exceeded our expectations in relation to value for money. We got the queen sized bed and were given a corner room. The staff was very polite and spoke a little english. The room was big enough for two people to move around in comfortably. There were a lot of amenities and free items offered such as bath products (fragrance for your bath water, shampoo, conditioner, a few body soaps), facial cleanser, lotion, small towels etc. The bathtub was bigger then usual.

Good location, there are many restaurants, coffee shop (also a few 24 hrs operate), convenient shop nearby. Near to station and park. Friendly and helpful staff, they even helped me to send my luggage & my parcel to room when i returned to hotel for check-in at night.
