Staff is always friendly and accommodating. The meals are convenient. Dining room staff super friendly and helpful. This is the second occasion when rooms were sold out on my desired dates, and both times I was notified of a cancellation that allowed me to stay the desired dates. A clean, comfortable and safe hotel. The staff was very welcoming. The bathroom in our room was very nice. There's coffee and ice cream. The location is in the middle of nowhere, but there's a station quite close. Was nice to wake up in the middle of fields and take the 3km stroll along the river to Kumagaya station.
