Location is excellent, located at JR Funabashi Station. Also very near Keisei Funabashi Station. Convenient to travel to/from Narita Airport. Not far away from Tokyo Station and Akihabara Station. Easy to travel to places in Chiba like Makuhari and Disneyland. Good choice to stay away from the expensive room rate in Tokyo. Plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. Spacious single room, nicely decorated, very comfortable bed. Staff are polite and helpful. Self check-in and check-out machine are convenient and easy to use. The room rate this time is superb, less than 11,000 Yen per night. Very good.

Staff friendly and helpful. Location was good. Competitively priced. Housekeeping was thorough, had a good supply of fresh towels and bottled water. Facilities e.g bathroom, washing machine, walk in wardrobe were all excellent. Views were wonderful, especially the nightly fireworks display. I would highly recommend this hotel.
