The Japanese style room was spacious and well equipped. The check-in was super easy, and the staff were informative and friendly. The location is in the heart of Arima Onsen. Dressed in your yukata, winter jacket, and clogs (graciously supplied by the hotel), you are a few steps away from the well-known Kin no Yu Onsen and foot bath. The futons were super comfortable, too, giving you a restful nights sleep.

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. They kindly informed us about the Arima-Rokko ropeway shutdown times when we mentioned we were going there late in the day and organised a shuttle bus to drop/pickup from the station. They also had 2 private onsen that didn’t require additional fee or booking to use. The food was prepared with care and was truly delicious.

The location of this hotel is exceptional! Just cross the road and you can reach the bus terminal or the train station. There is a 7-11 right below too. The bed is comfortable and the room is clean. Strongly recommended.

Very friendly and helpful staff - especially Big Thanks to YAMAMOTO-san - a woman with great helping skills and very supportive. She helped with shipping my luggage - parcels which I had to bring to the post office. Staff is very helpful. I do recommend this hotel!
