The staff was super nice and always one step ahead of you. The place was spotless, and the room was spacious and comfortable. Both the public and private baths were amazing. They lend you yukatas for free to enjoy a traditional onsen experience.

Perfect stay! This small hotel has the followings. -Friendly and polite staffs and super clean room (newly build hotel?) -Free convenient parking in front of the hotel. -Good Japaese style breakfast and it was FREE!! -Complementaly drinks at the bar launge including alchol (Sake, Sho-chu, wine e.t.c..)

Room was clean, location is not hard to find. Take a iyotetsu(180 yen) and alight at Okaido station. There's a sky spa and sauna which I quite enjoyed. The neighbourhood is not very english speaking but they will try to converse with you if you asked

I asked for a room with a view of Dōgo onsen, which I got, so it was perfect. Very good noise insulation, eventhough the street was quite loud with people and I was practically the first floor above the restaurant, I did not hear a thing when I closed the windows. Spotlessly clean. Typical japanese breakfast, really good, little bit small portion. It is very convenient location, sice you can walk to onsen in your yukata and slippers. Staff is really nice, I was also allowed an early checkin. Checkout is at 11, which is definitely better than 10, like in most other places.

Besides the awesome building, the amazing talks you can have with people and the very appreciated free bicycles and air conditoning. I especially recommend staying here because of the amazing staff. The owner does anything possible to make your stay here comfortable, and he brightens up any room he is in. You should also check out his café in the city center!

Lovely room, plenty of space for luggage & very modern. We stayed in building 2. Laundry was a bonus & quick too. Good location, easy walk to Castle & downtown. Tram stop to Doso Onsen just ip the road. Would stay here again. Breakfast was good, not too much & staff were all Lovely.
