New & clean & spacious. Quality is the same as you see in photos, with good balcony facing river, excellent locations to restaurants, walking distance to 天神 & Canal City, 20mins walk from Hakata Station. I stayed with family of 3, and definitely will come back as it’s value-for-money. Plenty of parking spaces nearby, and taxi to airport costs only ¥2000+.

We are frequent family travellers in Japan, and so far, this was the best apartment hotel for families or groups that we have stayed. It was a unique experience for us, particularly, the Japanese ambience and style located in the heart of a city which was also the best part of it. Every members of the family enjoyed every single day because if its comfort, with individual privacy and we were able to sleep well after a long day of tour and shopping. Beddings were clean, the AC worked well, 2 shower rooms with adequate water supply are perfect for groups not to keep us waiting. They have a small but complete kitchen, we were able to heat or cook our meals in the morning. Every detail of how it was designed and constructed was so efficient and the quality materials are impressive. They also have a lift and location of the apartment was just near the shopping areas and convenient stores.

I'm delighted with my stay at this hotel. The room size is perfect for solo travellers: you can have your suitcase open and still have space to use the desk. The bed is comfortable and the area is so quiet. And the location is so convenient! Just 5 minutes from Hakata station, which means Shinkansen access to many other cities, easy access to the bus terminal to get to locations where trains aren't as convenient, or just an easy subway ride to the airport. I'm delighted with my stay and will stay there again if I need a hotel in Fukuoka in the future.
