The room was clean. The breakfast was included and was excellent. There was a choice of Western style and Japanese style. The staff were very polite and helpful. They smiled genuinely and engaged appropriately. The wifi was free and worked well at all times.

Beautifully maintained rooms and so nice location, 3 min from the station (Chita Handa) and 1 min from a big supermarket. Staffs are so polite and supportive. I recommend the nice view from the spa.
