The hotel is a quiet and relaxing one. The elevator is absolutely quiet with no annoying sound. I lived in a Japanese style single room, amenities are all there, very spacious and comfortable. Tatami and Futon are very clean, bed sheets and blanket sheets on Futon are soft. Onsen is nice and hot😁 The location of the hotel is 100/100 for me. About 10 minutes walk from Tomakomai eki. I am visiting Utonai Lake and departing to Shin Chitose Airport during my stay. There is a bus stop (No. 30) going to these two places in just around the corner, 2 minutes walk from hotel ! Absolutely Perfect 😁 Will absolutely stay again if visiting Tomakomai ❤️

This is a very tastefully done hotel, with good divisions in the bathroom, so two or more people can use different facilities at the same time. The hotel room was also big, and they accommodated our request for a non smoking room quite easily. Breakfast is also good, and they have vegetarian options available.

I love how the pristine the hotel was from the lobby to the rooms. I even got a peak of the view from the buffet floor. The view from the room was amazing! The beds were so comfy I fell straight to sleep as soon as I lay down. My favourite was the bath. The bath was very tidy and well-maintained.

Close to transfer to airport. Very easy to navigate even though we have not travelled to Japan before. Friendly staff, very clean and quite. Pillow library was fantastic we chose comfortable pillows and had a sound night's sleep. Restaurant right next door.

It has a restaurant that close at 12am!!! Good for supper or like us arrive into hotel late at night. Onsen is great and has tight security to ensure the ladies are look after at onsen.

Inn Chitose Ekimae is a 5-minute walk from Chitose Train Station. It offers modern accommodation, free parking and free internet.

Very cheap, excellent breakfast including Western and Japanese food, beautifully clean, excellent service. Free bus to and from the airport. Would have cost treble or more for that standard in the West.
