The room was modern, clean and well-fitted. I had a small balcony, comfy bed and large shower. The facilities are excellent…. The restaurant, food and drinks, outdoor seating areas and pool were all fabulous. The WiFi worked really well and above all the staff were incredibly friendly and kind. They went above and beyond to make sure my stay was perfect. This place is an absolute gem and I really enjoyed my time here.

I absolutely loved the hotel's old-world charm. The staff were incredibly helpful, professional, and friendly, making my stay even more enjoyable. I had a fantastic stay at Reef Hotel in Nyali. The staff were warm and attentive, and they went above and beyond to make my birthday extra special with a decorated room, singing, dancing, and a surprise cake during dinner. The beachfront location is beautiful, the rooms are clean and comfortable, and breakfast was excellent with a mix of Swahili dishes, fresh fruits, omelettes, pastries, and cereals. A perfect blend of relaxation, great service, and Kenyan hospitality — highly recommended!
