out of the way but not too far out. the staff drove me into town and later collected me. the pool is great. the food excellent. and the views. everybody very friendly. would certainly return.

Stunning location right on the river, the views from the balcony of my room were particularly amazing. The staff were extremely attentive and on hand to help with anything I needed. Traditional Sri Lankan food for dinner and breakfast in the restaurant was wonderful and extremely well priced. All round a great place to stay.
