Check in was seamless, the receptionist was friendly. We thought we book a small hotel but the hotel is actually very big. They have a giraffe display on one of the floors and it was beautiful. We booked the family room and it was exceptionally big with all the amenities provided. My parents were happy with the room.

There are restaurants and bars just downstairs so it's convenient. The room was small but enough for a large suitcase, and the shower pressure was good. The beds were firm.
