The hotel is in a great location, close to major tourist attractions. It was very clean and well-maintained. The staff were exceptionally friendly and accommodating upon request, they even moved us to a room with a lovely balcony view. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and found it to be great value for the money.

Check-in is done in hotel Emma nearby, it went smoothly, we were allowed to leave our luggage in the storage at Emma before check-in. Location is great, a lot of food, shops, attractions in walking distance from Unplugged. What we liked the most, was the sitting room on the first floor where we had a bit of evening chill after running around Rotterdam. Also there's a kitchen with complimentary coffee, water, cookies and necessary cutlery. The bed is just like at the picture, really huge. It appeared to be no difference though between King and Queen rooms (we booked 2 for our group and could compare), so not sure why one of them costs more. Our windows looked onto the back yard, so it was quiet in the night. Okay, the funny part was the bathroom)))) with glass walls. Transparent glass walls. Well, perhaps it can add some romance... depends on whether you are OK to watch your partner using a restroom. For us it was an element of surprise, still more fun than a threat to comfort)))

Room and toilet conditions are super good. Staffs at self bar on2nd floor is kind. I could borrow a iron from reception myself. All staffs are attentive! I recommend to my people.

Very clean and extremely friendly staff! There was one bartender that really made our entire stay and was so friendly and gave us recommendations in Rotterdam! Truly great value for money! Only downside was that they didn’t offer a toilet brush.. that’s something basic that every hotel needs!

Everything was perfect from arrival to check-out. The reception staff were very friendly and accommodating, the room was lovely, and I especially liked the lavender-scented soap in the dispensers. We were able to leave our luggage after check-out, which made exploring the area before our train so convenient. Thanks again for letting us charge our phones after taking so many photos and videos. Such a thoughtful touch since our train tickets were saved on the phone. The hotel had a very homey feel - i kept telling my husband, and I would definitely book here again. The location is excellent, with supermarkets, shops, and cafés nearby, and Rotterdam Centraal within walking distance.

Great location next to river. Very close to cruise port.Tram stop very close. Nice restaurant and bar. Other restaurants close by. Lovely spacious room with view on river. There is a lift. Coffee machine in room. Very friendly and helpful staff. I have to mention Tanya at reception going the extra mile with great, friendly service and kind assistance.

    Amazing location , right at the city centre and a short walk away from beautiful Rotterdam attractions. The most comfortable beds I have ever slept on , had amazing nights sleep. The hygiene is spot on , everything is spotless clean and the rooms are cleaned daily. The staff is very warm and welcoming. Definitely one of the best places in Rotterdam price to quality ratio.
