The staff were very friendly and prompt with our needs using the spas which is amazing after a day of snowboarding, my mate and i shared a bunk room perfect on a budget small rooms but if ya go to ohakune you won't be staying in a room all day with all the activities to do there and concerts we caught kora and tiki tane gig went off at the powder keg that the staff organized our transportation so 5 star service from usGuest review byChaumontGroup
