Friendly staff; convenient location. Fairly basic but comfortable facilities. Quieter at night than your average hostel (which suited us well) but still offered the same great value for money! Will definitely stay again.

Across the street from lake wakatipu and Skycity Casino, The Lofts Apartments offer a private balcony or patio and a full kitchen. Some apartments also offer stunning lake and mountain views.

The room was a great size, perfect for the 6 of us. Three bedrooms, two bathrooms, space to eat and relax. Fully equipped kitchen. The location of the lofts couldn’t have been better for eating out, getting the ski bus, it’s right in the middle of Queenstown. Handy having a washer dryer too. Staff were always friendly and accommodating. Clean towels daily. Room looked a lot better in person than in the pictures! Great view from the fifth floor. The lofts deserves a better rating!

Very nice large room with plenty of heating. Comfortable and clean. Close (drive) to Queenstown without the bustle of the town centre. Very nice polite helpful staff. Had fun at attached the 10-pin bowling alley Strikebowl. Lovely pub across the road. Unfortunately the main restaurant was closed due to a complete rebuild.

Heartland Hotel Queenstown is located in central Queenstown, a short walk from town. It offers panoramic views over Lake Wakatipu to the mountains.

The location was great and very walkable to downtown Queenstown. The rooms were clean, and the breakfast buffet was delicious. We were very pleased with everything, and it proved to be great value for our money. I highly recommend the Heartland Hotel for anyone planning a trip to Queenstown!

Close proximity to the town (especially icecream and food), and the pub was a great atmosphere 10 steps away from the room. Food was great and staff were really friendly. The high speed wifi in the room was fantastic, and allowed clear video calls back home.
