Friendly stuff, they allowed us an early check-in. The room and bathroom were very spacious and clean. A beautiful view towards the sea. Super-fast Wi-Fi. Smart TV. Blackout curtains, thanks to which we slept very well after the flight. Very good parking. Fast elevators :).

It is a big hotel with everything you usually get. Breakfast is good, except for the coffee, you better ask for black coffee! Breakfast is in the Family Room that rather looks like dark hole, not attractive at all! Staff at reception are not very friendly, just doing their job. Location is far from the souq if you don't have transport!

We will come back when we travel back to muscat! Everything was super clean breakfast was really good, a lot of different things to choose from. Room was super clean. Incredible hotel. Amazing staff. Great breakfast. Excellent rooms with all the amneties you need. Rooms are big. Bathrooms are very big. Beds are super comfy. Fridge is nice and cold and the TV, kettle and iron were the cream on the top. The cafe downstairs serves great hot and cold beverages and the hotel restaurants serves quality food promptly. We had a family wedding in their first floor ballroom and they accommodated everything as we requested. Super helpful. If you plan to busier Muscat, I would very highly recommend this hotel. You won't be disappointed!
