Staff is soooo helpful with everything. Rooms are nice and clean. And the have balconies facing the mountains and trains. It was so cool. If u can’t sleep with a pit of noise ask for quieter room but the noise is worth of view. Breakfast is good They hold your bags for free even after you have checked out.

Great hotel, very modern very clean very neat and also stylish. Breakfast was great. The service was even better. I was not missing a thing. Thanks again to everybody who was very friendly and helpful while I was staying in this hotel can you imagine that this price is way more than the usual costs of hotels in Bolivia but at the same time you’re getting a high value hotels. My experience at the hotel was phenomenal. From the moment we arrived, Edison at the reception was friendly and lovely with us. He helped us with doubts about tours. The clean rooms and the exceptional view in front of the Macchu Picchu River...also there is a bar in the 5th floor where we had a little ceremony about our ancestors. my partner and I really loved it. I would really stay at the sanctuary hotel again. the best hotel in Macchu Picchu. Thank you Edison for your great job.

We had a very good stay at Rock Rivers. The hotel was very clean and comfortable, with a good and tasty breakfast to start the day before heading to Machu Picchu. The staff (especially Angela) were very kind and helpful, and check-in/check-out were easy. The location is convenient, at the heart of Aguas Calientes, close to the bus stop for Machu Picchu. Rooms are simple but well-equipped, and everything worked smoothly. A great choice for a short stay before and/or after visiting the citadel. We also recommend the restaurant of the hotel, Ponchos. Very tasty dishes and great service.

This accommodation felt like home. It was very clean, comfortable and big enough for a couple of days. The property is close to the train station and the main centre of activity. It was very quiet despite the location. The staff were really helpful and the breakfast was good. This is a great budget place to stay in Aguas Calientes.

The staff were very polite, they kept our luggages while we were at machu picchu, the entire hotel was VERY clean. I loved that it was on the river, the view from the room was amazing, but the river is furious, you can hear it. We did not open the windows, as it was aircon in the room, so we did not have issues with the mosquitoes. The facilities were basic, but i think more than enough for a 3 star hotel. The bed was very comfortable, i slept like a baby
