Staying at Hotel Relax & Ballroom was a great experience, especially with the host's kindness. They were able to arrange a very late check-in around 2 a.m. The hotel entrance is secured by a locked door with an access code after midnight, so you just need to ring to get in. After getting the room card from the reception desk, it was straight to bed. What really made the stay exceptional was that they had left breakfast in the mini-bar for me to enjoy in my room whenever I woke up—a truly five-star touch. It's a top-notch place with warm, kind, and customer-oriented people.

Beautifully appointed spacious rooms (we had deluxe double) and very friendly English speaking staff. The hotel was clean and quiet. Hallways and common spaces are lavishly decorated creating an exclusive atmosphere. Breakfast was excellent too. Definitely recommend staying here.

    Amazing location, very close to the beautiful Botanical Gardens and posh restaurants like the Manor, and City Centre. Comfortable beds and fresh towels. The single room I stayed in had a lovely terrace facing a garden.
