I enjoyed my stay in Maysan Hotel Makkah. The location is great as it is about 7-minute walk from the Haram. There are so many shopping and dinning options in this area. The staff were very professional and helpful despite the high number of guest they have to attend to. The front desk staff were kind to grant my late check-out request. The house keeping staff at 9th floor especially Mohammad Shamim always checking and making sure all is okay. The breakfast was very rich with many options available and restaurant staff were regular with replenishments.

Where do I begin?? First of all the location was absolutely brilliant and very close to Masjid-Al Haram which made everything a lot easier. In addition to this, I was absolutely amazed at the quality of the rooms and en-suite bathrooms, this definitely made the trip a lot more comfortable especially after umrah. Most importantly however, the quality of customer service at the hotel was honestly second to none, both Rakan and Abdul Rahman went above and beyond to make sure I had a comfortable stay, even going so far as to help me locate items I had forgotten in the room after check out. They made for a very smooth and comfortable stay!
