All the staff were very friendly, especially Emna at the reception, she is very kind, nice, helpful and informative, she works very hard to satisfy all the guests, she helped me to take a taxi and book another day at the hotel until I came back from Sousse. The hotel staff is the best, especially Mr. Abdelhak and his crew: he is very professional, knowledgeable, friendly.
