I had the pleasure of staying at the Carlton Hotel in Tunis and found it to be an excellent choice. The hotel's location is ideal, providing easy access to local attractions. The rooms were clean and well-maintained, and the staff were consistently helpful and friendly. The breakfast offered a diverse selection, catering to various tastes, which added to the positive experience. I would like to extend special thanks to Fatoma, the housekeeping staff member, who went above and beyond. She provided a valuable recommendation to visit Bizerte City, which I unfortunately couldn't take advantage of this time due to my pre-booked stay in Sousse. However, I look forward to exploring Bizerte on my next visit to Tunisia. Overall, I highly recommend the Carlton Hotel for its excellent service and convenient location.

Staff is sooo good! Nobody speak Russian in Tunis. But here there is a receptionist who speaks really good! Thanks to him! And thanks to the staff in restaurant they are all so lovely helped us with child especially Chibani Nahid!

Staff were so helpful, helping me with bags. Room was really high quality and lovely bathroom. Breakfast had a variety of sweet and savoury, fresh bread and freshly squeezed orange juice. Although the area has busy streets they kept spaces outside the hotel for guests with security guard nearby. Cosy reception area.
