This hotel was such a great find—super affordable for three people for five nights with breakfast included. We absolutely loved our room: it was spacious, stylish, and very comfortable for all three of us. The staff was fantastic—everyone spoke Russian and was incredibly helpful. They fixed the kettle for us, always offered coffee and tea, let us store our luggage at the reception, and even offered medical help when we weren’t feeling well. They answered all our questions and provided plenty of free water every day. Everyone was so kind and welcoming. We’ll definitely come back and will be recommending this place to all our friends!

A wonderful little hotel near all the sights of the Old City. The hotel staff, Berhat, Sinan, Kurban and Ferhat are great in every way: friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, with nothing too much trouble. Breakfasts were tasty, with a variety of local dishes as an added bonus.

It is the second time that I have stayed at this hotel and I chose it again because I really like the attention of the staff, they treat me very well, they are very cordial and they help me in everything they can. The rooms are a little small but comfortable, they have what you need, very comfortable bed, spacious and always clean bathroom and I think that after their staff, the highlight is the location, a few steps from a Tram station and in front to the Kabatas boat station that allows you to cross to the Asian side in a few minutes. I recommend it and would definitely stay here again. Special thanks to the guys at the reception who helped me with my luggage to take the taxi to the airport, when everything was closed due to the gay pride parade.

Breakfast was good with healthy options. Room is lovely and i got the seaview and city view room. It was a struggle to cover the window blinds as i am always held spell bound by the views. I see a hotel management and staff who have paid attention to details. Everything about this hotel is topnotch Staff were professional, helpful and friendly. I definetly will stay in this hotel again when ever am back to Istanbul.

The hotel’s location is unbeatable—right in the heart of Sultanahmet, within walking distance of iconic landmarks like the Blue Mosque, Hagia Sophia, and Topkapi Palace. This made exploring the city incredibly convenient, saving both time and effort. The rooms were spotless, comfortable, and beautifully decorated, offering a perfect blend of modern comfort.Despite being in the bustling city center, the rooms were quiet and provided a peaceful retreat after a long day of sightseeing. One of the highlights of my stay was the amazing breakfast served in the hotel restaurant. Not only was the food delicious and varied, but made every morning a special experience. The service at Hotel Nena is truly five-star. The staff were exceptionally kind, attentive, and always ready to assist with recommendations, bookings, or any special requests. Their hospitality made a huge difference in making our stay feel personalized and memorable.
