The Hotel is located close to the airport in a calm area of Entebbe with a beautiful view over lake Victoria. The staff is incredibly friendly, the food is also very delicious (try the grilled fish) and you can have a wonderful view of the sunset from the roof terace. The airport shuttle service also worked perfectly picking us up late in the evening after we arrived in Entebbe

This hotel is a small oasis, quiet, peaceful and with a super friendly atmosphere. The hotel owner Wilbur and his lovely staff just sweep you off your feet with a level of service not seen in many hotels. The bed was one of the best on our entire trip (fun fact - ask wilbur about how he selects the beds), the food was really tasty and the pool was very clean and well maintained, which is not the case in many other hotels in Uganda. Wifi worked well in the rooms as well as in the pool area. And the best part was, that we actually felt like family, we felt loved and taken care of all the time. Thank you to you Wilbur and your lovely staff - we miss you already!

Friendly and welcoming guest house. Lovely room. Restaurant meant we could eat when we wanted. Lovely views over the lake. Picked us up from the airport. Facilitated receiving a delivery for us and directing our guests. Great place to start our adventure.

I had a great stay at Hendo Hotel. The location is in the city center and close to the airport. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. Also, a great breakfast. I would stay here again when in Entebbe.

The rooms were huge, we had a masive living area and a huge bedroom. Staff were very helpful and check in was swift. Something you'll appreciate if you've visited Uganda before. An early breakfast was asked for which was no problem with the exception it took about 30 minutes to prepare.
